Minor release: @claude-flow/cli, claude-flow, ruflo 3.67.0, with standalone @claude-flow/aidefence 3.1.0 and @claude-flow/memory 3.2.1. It rides on the ecosystem releases agentdb 3.0.0, agentic-flow 3.0.0 and npm aidefence 3.0.1 (ADR-513 to ADR-517).

Security

  • Prompt-injection detection runs the AIMDS pattern packs (@claude-flow/aidefence 3.1.0, ADR-517). Six packs and 53 patterns now run alongside the built-in regexes, covering tool-invocation, exfiltration-URL, encoded, markup-carrier, multilingual and Slack-forgery injections. On the AIMDS corpus, detection goes from 8/55 to 55/55, with the same 2 known false positives. Turn the packs off with createAIDefence({ packs: false }). A quadratic leet normaliser found while vendoring them is fixed here and upstream (npm aidefence 3.0.1).
  • aidefence restored to source (3.0.4 → 3.1.0, ADR-516). npm latest 3.0.3 carried ADR-118 detection that was never committed; it is ported back alongside main's #3177 ReDoS bounds. The CLI had pinned 3.0.2, so ruflo users get both for the first time.
  • A fresh install's dependency tree converges (ADR-513). agentdb 3.0.0 is stable, so the optional peer ranges that excluded 3.0.0-alpha.20 now match it. One AgentDB copy is installed instead of three, and agentic-flow 3.0.0 replaces the March 3.0.0-alpha.2, which pulled protobufjs@6 (critical).
    • Measured on a fresh install: npm audit --omit=dev went from 70 advisories (1 critical, 17 high) on 3.66.1 to 11 (0 critical) with these packages. The remaining high advisory is zod 3.
  • agentic-flow 3.0.0 defaults (ADR-515, agentic-flow ADR-079): proxies bind loopback with a per-run token, agents no longer bypass permissions, and a cloned repo's .env or router config can no longer redirect API keys. The release also fixes path traversal in its agent tools and code execution through statusline.sh.
  • agentdb 3.0.0 (ADR-514): agentdb_init no longer deletes arbitrary files, filter-key SQL injection is closed, and the model cache is private instead of shared /tmp.

Fixed

  • AgentDB controllers get an embedder (@claude-flow/memory 3.2.1). LearningSystem, NightlyLearner, ExplainableRecall and the graph transformer were built with the database only, so their first call threw. CausalMemoryGraph also gets the shared vector backend.
  • Memory search through AgentDB returns results. agentdb 3.0.0's default RuVector backend never awaited its search, so reflexion, skills and causal-graph recall came back empty. LearningSystem also now keeps its feedback.
  • Autopilot learning works. autopilot learn/predict/recall load the restored AutopilotLearning from agentic-flow 3.0.0 on the real AgentDB. Under the March alpha it always ran on an in-memory fallback. Library timers no longer keep short-lived CLI commands alive.
  • stdio MCP stays JSON-only. AgentDB diagnostics go to stderr; the #4622 lock-reason capture reads both streams.
  • neural-tools stores embeddings as arrays: agentic-flow returns a Float32Array, which JSON.stringify wrote as {"0":…}.

Changed

  • The CLI and the claude-flow umbrella declare agentic-flow ^3.0.0; the update validator requires at least 3.0.0.
  • No more alpha tags (ADR-513). Releases go to latest only. The alpha and v3alpha dist-tags stay frozen at 3.66.2, so old @alpha installs still resolve. CLAUDE.md documents that overrides never reach users.
