Fixed
create_http_integration now copies the active-lifecycle url, method, payload, payloadFormat, and headers into each enabled lifecycle that does not already override them. LM rejects a create with ackUrl is null or empty, ackMethod is null or empty, ... when an enabled lifecycle lacks these fields; the LM web UI silently defaults them to the active values, but the v3.7.1 MCP tool did not. The live smoke test (scripts/smoke_http_integration.py) against a real portal was failing as a result. Explicit per-lifecycle overrides (ack_url, clear_method, etc.) still take precedence. Lifecycles not listed in enabled_lifecycles are left untouched.
scripts/smoke_http_integration.py now posts to https://example.com/lm-mcp-smoke instead of https://example.invalid/smoke. LM does a DNS check on create; the IANA-reserved .invalid TLD fails resolution and surfaces as "Unknown Host" even though the webhook is never actually invoked during create. example.com resolves (owned by IANA for docs/examples) and accepts POSTs harmlessly.
Smoke script now prints the raw tool response on failure instead of crashing with JSONDecodeError when the tool returned an error string.
Verified
End-to-end live smoke test (create, get, patch, delete) now passes against Ryan's portal.
