Updated packages and changed compilation to native windows compilation to try and prevent antivirus false positives.
However, this is a program that reads a file (image) and sends it to a third party (imgur), which most likely causes it to be detected as a virus often. If this release does not fix these false positives, you need to either allow the exe to run in your antivirus software or compile the program yourself.
