Remove code deprecated in

• Deprecate sage.misc.misc.sage_makedirs #32987 (2022)
• Replace SAGE_TMP by the system location in the sage library #33213 (2022)
• Move attrcall and friends from sage.misc.misc to new module sage.misc.call #29869 (2020)
• Remove verbose from the global namespace #17815 (2020)
• Move sage.misc.misc.coeff_repr, repr_lincomb to new module sage.misc.repr #29892 (2020)
