AgentCrew 0.23.0

This release adds experimental xAI Subscription support and Cursor Agent integration, improves subscription sign-in, and expands memory support for Cursor agents.

Highlights

  • xAI Subscription provider (experimental): Sign in with agentcrew xai-auth and use the curated grok-4.7, grok-4.3, and grok-build-0.1 models with the direct xAI Responses API. Includes token refresh, local sign-out, usage reporting, local function tools, and reasoning continuation where supported.
  • Cursor Agent support: Configure Cursor agents in agents.toml with a working directory, model, and optional memory tools. Cursor agents can transfer or delegate tasks, store opted-in chat turns, and use persisted behaviors. auto-smart supports cost, balanced, and intelligence optimization.
  • Device-code sign-in for ChatGPT Codex: agentcrew chatgpt-auth now prints a verification URL and one-time code instead of opening a local browser callback. Keep the command running until sign-in completes.
  • Improved conversation handling: Preserve Cursor chat memory opt-in and refresh xAI’s Responses client when turns use separate event loops.

Dependencies

  • Updated a2a-sdk to 1.2.3.
  • Added cursor-sdk 0.1.9.

Notes

  • xAI model availability, account eligibility, allowances, and billing are controlled by xAI. A displayed token cost of 0.0 does not mean requests are free.
  • agentcrew xai-auth --logout removes local credentials only; it does not revoke the xAI session remotely.
  • Cursor inference is hosted by Cursor; repository files remain on the local machine.
