UI polish release — everything got the native Windows look, plus one new setting.

Added

• Restore State on Startup setting (Settings dialog, on by default). Turn it off if you
  don't want the app re-applying the last saved light state when it launches.

Changed

• Widgets throughout the app are now themed ttk widgets on the vista theme instead of
  the classic Tk look: buttons, entries, labels, radio buttons, dropdowns and scrollbars.
• Consistent padding and spacing across the main window, device frames and the settings dialog;
  effect buttons now fill their column evenly instead of being ragged.
• A running effect (Screen Avg., Dominant, Music, Color Cycle) is now flagged with green bold
  button text — the vista theme ignores button background colors, so the old green fill was invisible.
• Bulb icon list: full device labels now wrap under their icon instead of being truncated to
  8 characters, and the strip blends with the window background instead of a white slab.
• Hue/brightness/kelvin sliders are slightly larger with a defined border.

Fixed

• Replaced deprecated Variable.trace() calls with trace_add(), silencing deprecation
  warnings and keeping the GUI working on newer Python/tkinter.
