* Convex.state: Alchemy state in an alchemyState component

The app mounts @samebase/alchemy-convex/convex.config. The store calls the
component through POST /api/function with CONVEX_STATE_DEPLOY_KEY, keeps the
first run in memory until the push mounts the component, and fails when the
component is unmounted or never arrives.
