The SAM @rg header has a PL attribute for the platform. This needs updating to support more instruments, eg Oxford Nanopore.

Should it be PL:ONT, NANPORE, OXFORD_NANOPORE? I think I prefer ONT as the easiest yet descriptive one. (There could be other nanopore vendors in time.)

Agree it should be added. And definitely not just "nanopore" since as you point out there could be more vendors over time. I think I'd also vote for "ONT".

Add HD-GO, RG-PL:ONT, and RG-PM header tags

Reinstate the previously-specified @HD-GO tag.  Fixes #15.
Add ONT (Oxford Nanopore) as a valid value for @RG-PL.  Fixes #39.
Add new free-form @RG-PM tag to allow more details about the platform
to be given, e.g., machine models such as 'HiSeq 2500'.  Fixes #16.
