Why this patch exists
0.2.10 shipped 12/12 CUA but its "backend-receipt proof" was vacuous: the repo had no request-log endpoint, so the check skipped on 404 and still reported passed. That is precisely the false-positive class it exists to catch, so 0.2.11 adds the endpoint and makes the check real.
GET /api/v1/request-log->{count, requests[]}(method, path, status, duration), fed by ASGI middleware, bounded to 500, process-lifetime. It exempts itself so polling cannot inflate the evidence.- CUA now reports 48 backend requests during the 17-page nav walk - actual webview traffic, independently confirming the 0.2.10 Tauri API-base fix.
Also: CUA sidebar enumeration retries once after 4s (a slow first paint after install could fail the nav walk).
