v1.0.0
sandtable 1.0. The domain spec, results.json, the CLI and its exit codes, the HTTP step protocol and the library API are now stable: they change only in a major release, as the stability policy says. There are no breaking changes since 0.3.0. Coming from 0.3.0, read 1.0.0-rc.1 as well. Since the release candidate, the drafting skill waits for a go-ahead after a dry run, and the docs settle the last contract questions.
Changed
- Status: sandtable leaves beta. The README, the docs, the docs site's banner and the PyPI classifier (
Development Status :: 5 - Production/Stable) say it is stable since 1.0, and the CI guide now suggests pinning the major version (^1.0.0) instead of an exact one. From 1.0, the stability policy applies: a breaking change comes only in a major release, after a minor release that deprecates the item (#353). - Docs: the stability policy names the files the CLI reads as covered (the
leaderboardmodels file and the--pricesfile), says the bundled examples' demo agents aren't, and says the rules behindattribution, callerNotesandinit'scopied fromnotes can improve in a minor release while their fields stay. The library reference documentsWorld'skeyOfandhasTable, and the CLI reference both shapes of a--pricesfile (#394).
Fixed
- Claude Code plugin: after an
init --dry-run,drafting-a-domainwrites the plan (calls, model, provider and dollar bound) to the engineer as a message of its own, then ends its turn and waits for a go-ahead, or, when model steps are already authorized, runs the model-backedinitright after that message. Before, an agent could go from the plan line straight to the paid command (#392).
