Xattot 0.2.1

Windows: Özbekça Tugmali (Xattot) now installs with Xattot-Setup.exe instead of a zip and scripts.

• One download, one administrator prompt, no console window
• Listed in Settings > Apps; uninstalling there removes the layout and its entry in your Uzbek language
• Installing over an older copy keeps the same layout entry, even while Windows has it loaded. If you installed 0.2.0 from Xattot-Windows.zip, run the installer and it takes over that install
• Windows 10 and 11, x64 and ARM64. The installer is unsigned, so SmartScreen warns on first run: More info > Run anyway

macOS is unchanged from 0.2.0.

Xattot 0.2.0

Özbekça (Xattot) is now an input method, and it is the default mode. It types the same digraphs as before (ch → ç, sh → ş, o' → ö, g' → ğ, ' → ʼ between letters), but it sees the whole word, so the limits of the old keyboard layout are gone:

• Return sends in chat apps, and Spotlight opens Arc after arc + Return
• Single-letter shortcuts work in Chromium and Electron apps
• English words keep their spelling: change, push, shop, Chrome, don't
• After a typo and Backspace, s still joins h
• Password fields: it converts nothing

Other changes:

• The Klassik digraph keyboard layout no longer ships. If it was your chosen mode, the app moves you to the input method and offers to enable it once.
• Özbekça Tugmali (Xattot) is unchanged and remains the second mode. Windows users get it as Xattot-Windows.zip.
• The app clears the quarantine flag from the bundles it installs, so a downloaded copy is not translocated.
• The DMG install notes describe the input method.

The first time you enable the input method, macOS asks for consent, as for any third-party input source. Neither the app nor the input method can reach the network; scripts/check_no_network.sh checks both on every build.
