Sanka Monitor 0.4.4 adds opt-in local Work History, repeated-task suggestions for review, local JSON export, and preview-approved sharing with monitor.sanka.com. Google Sheets command capture uses the existing Sanka Monitor browser extension; native Excel and general screen/audio recording are not included. Background Keychain access stays silent and pauses when access is unavailable. Use Work History > Settings > Secure storage access to restore access explicitly. If macOS prompts for existing development-created keys, Always Allow grants continued access to those items; Allow Once permits only that read. Capture remains off until explicitly started. Chrome capture was tested with eight real normalized Sheets events; cross-day task detection is covered by tests but still needs live multi-day qualification.
