The pdf files for 4 pages (313-316) are misnamed. This was noticed by @sanskritisampada.
See sanskrit-lexicon/csl-corrections#50.

The pages are reordered by:

mv gst-313.pdf tempprev_gst-313.pdf
mv gst-314.pdf tempprev_gst-314.pdf
mv gst-315.pdf tempprev_gst-315.pdf
mv gst-316.pdf tempprev_gst-316.pdf
cp tempprev_gst-313.pdf gst-315.pdf
cp tempprev_gst-314.pdf gst-316.pdf
cp tempprev_gst-315.pdf gst-313.pdf
cp tempprev_gst-316.pdf gst-314.pdf

As a check: https://sanskrit-lexicon-scans.github.io/gst/pdfpages/gst-313.pdf should show page 313.
Similarly with 314, 315,316 , etc.
