BREAKING CHANGES

• lint: a .sasjslint that omits maxLineLength or
  hasMacroNameInMend now applies those rules at their documented defaults
  (80 characters, and macro names required in %mend) instead of leaving them
  off. A project that relies on the omission to disable either rule should
  set "maxLineLength": 0 or "hasMacroNameInMend": false.
