Incorporate original ideas into new branding #3

From a design perspective, I'd really like to see the new branding incorporate more of the original ideas around sass. See sass/sass#349 (comment)

Would this be possible? Was Hampton consulted at all regarding the new design? I know the new logo is consider completed, but maybe there is an opportunity for a few revisions.

We brought over some elements from the old design. We actually went through about 15 revisions of the logo with Hampton, Chris, & Nathan. The final version of the logo is the result of those many, many revisions.

I'm very happy with the current state of the logo.

The branding may evolve over time (as most brands do), but as of right now, the logo is the logo. :)
