v0.2.0 — TUI sidebar panel

Added

• Sidebar panel (sidebar_footer slot, Solid/OpenTUI): live eco grade + session CO2/kWh, plus a lifetime total persisted via the TUI KV store. Registered via .opencode/tui.json (TUI plugins are not auto-discovered).
• co2_report tool: export: json|markdown writes co2-report.<ext> into the project.

Notes

• The panel takes over the sidebar footer slot (single-winner, order 50 vs built-in 100) — documented in README.

20/20 tests, typecheck clean.

Fixed

• Per-model energy attribution: tokens are now tracked per modelID and billed at each model's own energy factor, then summed — previously every token in a mixed session was billed at the single largest model's rate.
• Token counters are ?? 0-guarded — an undefined field from a provider can no longer poison the totals with NaN.
• PUE (1.1) is now actually applied in the CO2 computation (was documented but never multiplied in).
• Cache read/write tokens are included in the energy total (flat-rate simplification, noted in code).

Added

• Unit tests (node --test, 9 cases) + CI on Node 24.
• @opencode-ai/plugin bumped 1.1.60 → 1.18.3.

Changed

• The /co2 report now shows a per-model breakdown above the session total.
