Description

This PR adds redirects to route visitors from pages on the ScalarDB Community docs site to the same page on the ScalarDB docs site.

Changes made

• Create static/redirects.js file to handle redirects for each page across versions.
• Add the redirect script to docusaurus.config.js.
• Updated docusaurus.config.js to include an announcement banner in case the redirect doesn't work for some reason.
