What's Changed

After I had focussed on my rust implementation for the homie v5 spec I now finally had time to release the v5 version of node-homie which I started > 1 year ago in my local repo but basically stopped at about 85% completion.
Updates of dependant packages like the node-red plugin will follow soon.

• release: prepare Homie v5 branch for public npm release by @schaze in #4
