Add options for codegen:

--skip-endpoint <operation-id> - skip an endpoint by operationId. Can be repeated. Models referenced only by skipped endpoints are removed from the output.
--only-endpoint <operation-id> - keep only the endpoints with given operationId. Can be repeated. All other endpoints and their unique models are removed.
--skip-unused-models - remove models that are not referenced by any kept endpoint.
--keep-schema <path> - keep the original JSON schema in selected nodes so it is available in templates. Can be repeated.
--merge-similar-models - merge models with identical structure ignoring title and description.
