Could you add support for dx11 and even lower?

This would make sense as I have old laptops that could easily run these games now that they are ported to PC but I just don't have dx12 / vulkan on their integrated graphics.
Thanks in advance if you can do it.

please dx12 too new!

There's an issue with doing older graphic libraries. RT64 currently supports three different graphics layers. Direct3D 12, Vulkan and Metal. The launcher and menus draw through the same layer, so they're covered by whatever backends it has. DirectX 11 or OpenGL however would take some time to do since a whole new backend would have to be made from scratch including a new shader pipeline and some of the old backends lack some features that the newer libraries have thats used here. It would just require more work than im willing to put in at this time for it x.x if someone picks it up in a fork and its stable then ill look into incorporating the changes but until then, you might be stuck for some time

Thank you for the reply, yes I hope someone does do it, I am not sure if I can do it using AI I've never tried.
I would like to run these n64 pc ports on my macbook 2015 (running win10) it can only do dx11 and it's vulkan level is too old also.
Would be so cool to support dx9 and maybe even run as far back as windows 98!

I mean 🤷‍♂️ I never thought I'd get to this point with AI xD depends how willing you are to see it through I suppose 🤣 I'm sure its not an impossible task, just very time consuming and way more in depth
