[JMLR] Issue to be addressed for publication

We need to address the following things

• Implementation of the metrics - See issue Adding new metric #152
• Example using the metrics:
• Real world data example - Check the benchmark PR [WIP] Benchmarks #147
• Example with binary vs. multi-class re-sampling

Add the following examples:

• Classification with a final classification report
• Example presenting the different metrics used in imbalanced learn
• Extra examples showing multi-class balancing whenever possible
