OneClassSvm sparse matrix return different result than dense

And seems it's a bug, i'm not sure but maybe somewhere in svm_csr_train. Can somebody confirm this?

Looks like a bug. Could you please check that it still appears in this branch: #5093 ?

I can reproduce the bug on master, and it is solved in #5093.
