Updated cosmic database version from v54 to v74 in /pica/data/uppnex/ToolBox/ReferenceAssemblies/hg38make/bundle/2.8/b37 by adding b37_cosmic_v74.vcf and b37_cosmic_v74.vcf.idx

Change pointer in milou.config to new files.
