• Fix only the first definition in a series of typing.overload decorated functions being checked for missing annotations
• Fix --respect-type-ignore treating a # type: ignore or # mypy: ignore-errors comment trailing code on the first line of a module as a module-level ignore
• Fix incorrect locations reported for missing return annotations when certain common patterns are encountered, such as the closing line of the function definition containing a comment with a colon, or being followed by a comment or blank line
