Thanks! I can go ahead and merge this in because I have access, and I have updated the creds to make sure this can be published to the new maven central, but if I'm not mistaken it won't actually work since the sbt version used in here is quite old, meaning it doesn't support publishing to the new repo, which is required. @xuwei-k I know you've been doing a lot of updates in the sbt plugin for this, but my understanding is correct right? If I merge this in here using sbt 1.6.2, I don't believe the publish will actually work. I'm not actively using this at all anymore and don't really have the capacity to do that update. The last time I tried it was a bit of a mess. So I'm happy to merge stuff, but I think the sbt needs a bump and the build definition needs to be updated to account for it to work.
