validator.opml.org says "not a XML file", several XML validators say "File OK"

I uploaded your file and ran it through the validator and it says it's valid OPML.

Thanks a lot! I suspected it was the URL. I had the file at
https://www.dropbox.com/s/bb26oxspcek7fh6/Document.opml?dl=0 with public viewing and downloading rights.
I edited the URL, making it http instead of https, and removing the dl=0 at the end, but no dice.
It would be good if we could just upload the file...

My best to you, I love outliners since ThinkTank 128! suffered through 30 years of Windows-only computers. MORE was my last true one...

And btw -- you're not doing me any favors by using it, you said you loved ThinkTank, and that's what this is, only many years later and much improved. And the cost is zero.
