I've copied over the data into JSONs (please double check) and structured the whole thing as a NPM module so that clients can access the chain configs easier. Up to you whether you actually publish this on NPM (we plan to consume it as a Git submodule anyway). Took the liberty of renaming
details.md
toREADME.md
to make better use of how GitHub displays stuff.I could write you a pipeline to generate the Markdown documents from the JSON if you think that's cool. I'd also add direct links to the binaries for each architecture, links to the announcements for the launch and deprecation of each testnet, maybe a function that picks a random endpoint from the lists every time the client asks for connection details, etc. But for now this should do.
