Relocate timeseries metrics modules

### Error Description
`SequenceLengthSimilarity`, `InterRowMSAS` and `StatisticMSAS` are incorrectly located in the `sdmetrics.timeseries` folder:
  - `SequenceLengthSimilarity` should be moved to `sdmetrics.single_column.statistical`
  - `InterRowMSAS` and `StatisticMSAS` should be moved to `sdmetrics.column_pairs.statistical`
