Cancel previous workflow runs on a new push

Problem Description

To lessen the workload for workflows, we should cancel previous workflow runs when they are triggered by a new push.

Expected behavior

Update the unit, integration and minimum workflows to cancel previous runs on a new push as we do on SDV:
