Exponential UI without references to YUI in its code.

  • Comments and settings notes describe what each module does instead of the YUI component it replaced; no code changes.
  • YUI is gone from Exponential (kernel designs, extensions, ezjscore 1.5.0). The guide for moving code from YUI to Exponential UI stays in doc/CONVERTING_YUI_to_EXPUI.md.
