Fixed

• The commit log filter is quoted for the shell. Author, start and end date went
  into the git log command as typed; a value with ; or $( ) ran a command of its own.
• Branch names, commit titles, authors and output are escaped on the pages.

Updated

• The dashboard and commit details are redesigned in the admin3 look, with their
  own stylesheet and no external files (the jQuery UI theme came over http from Google):
  a HEAD status card, the branch and submodule actions as cards with a confirmation,
  the output as a terminal panel, the commit log with author initials, relative dates,
  copyable hashes, a search of the page and native date fields; the commit details
  with a header and coloured per-file diffs. Every form posts the same fields and
  buttons as before. New texts in German too.
