v2.0.7 — manage remotes, and a folded commit log that shows what is not pushed

Added

• Add, edit, rename and remove remotes in the dashboard's "Remotes and push"
  section and with bin/php/remote.php (list, add, set-url, rename, remove, fetch,
  push). Names and addresses are validated (no transport helpers such as ext::) and
  quoted; an address shown without its credential and saved unchanged keeps it.
  Needs the new git_manager/remotes policy function.

Updated

• The commit log is folded by default, remembered per user
  (admin_git_manager_commit_log), with a summary of what is not pushed.
• Commits not pushed are highlighted: orange for no remote, blue for some
  remotes, with a legend and an "Only commits to push" switch.
