• Updated: the admin keeps jQuery.ez and jQuery.fn.ez when it loads its own jQuery, and no longer requests extension/ezjscore/design/standard/javascript/jquery.ez.js, a static file that never existed (404 on every page). Before, every /ngadminui/ page had jQuery.ez undefined, so the legacy ezjscore calls of the admin failed.
• Added: icons-sprite.png in the ngadminui design, the image its own stylesheets point at (404 since it was removed upstream).

Verified on a fresh Exponential Platform Nexus 1.2 install on PHP 8.2 and 8.5: ngadminui and legacy_admin sign-in, jQuery.ez defined, a real ezjsc::time call, 0 console errors.
