Release line for Exponential Platform Legacy 4.6 and Nexus 1.2 (Ibexa 4.6). Based on Netgen Tags Bundle 5.3.1.

Changed

• Requires PHP ^8.0 (Netgen raised the 5.3 line to PHP 8.2). Exponential Platform Legacy 4.6 declares PHP 7.4 and later; on PHP 8.0 and 8.1 there was no installable Tags Bundle that carries the tag view fix of 5.3.2, so composer install of the 4.6.x line failed on PHP 8.1.
• Only five places needed a newer PHP: Tagger, CachePurgeSubscriber and TagViewTagger were readonly classes (8.2) and are plain final classes; TagsAdminView uses Closure::fromCallable() instead of the first-class callable syntax (8.1); TagRouter creates its RequestContext and NullLogger in the constructor instead of in parameter defaults (8.1).

• The bundle code lints clean on PHP 8.0, 8.1 and 8.5.
• Fresh Exponential Platform Legacy 4.6.x installs with this release, security blocking on: PHP 8.1 with Composer 2.11.0-RC1 and PHP 8.5 with Composer 2.10.3 — install, pages and all sign-ins (18/18), legacy rich text publish.
