• Localization fallback — non-English/Chinese systems now default to English instead of Chinese (Issue #5).
• Login Items — updated to use SMAppService.openSystemSettingsLoginItems() on macOS 13+.

• Crontab — browse, create, edit, enable/disable, and delete user and system (/etc/crontab) cron jobs from the sidebar. System writes use the same admin password prompt as system LaunchAgents.
• Homebrew integration — Homebrew services merged into Launch Agents list; filter by Homebrew tag, detect brew-managed plists; start/stop/restart from agent rows; register unregistered brew services.
• Module settings — enable/disable Agents, Crontab, Login Items, and Services from sidebar bottom gear icon.
• User manual link — sidebar "用户手册" button opens launchmanager.dev/help.
