The unsigned MSIX asset is a Microsoft Store submission package and
cannot be installed directly. See the MSIX packaging guide.

Warning

This Windows installer is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen
will show an Unknown publisher warning; you have to choose
More info → Run anyway to install.
Tauri updater artifacts remain cryptographically signed, so
in-app updates are still verified.

Installation

Warning

This macOS app is not signed or notarized. Gatekeeper will
refuse the first launch. Open System Settings → Privacy MACOS_NOTE
Security and allow Vellum to open, or right-click the app and
choose Open. If macOS still refuses it, clear the quarantine
attribute: xattr -cr /Applications/Vellum.app
Tauri updater artifacts remain cryptographically signed, so
in-app updates are still verified.
