Show visibility of class methods in the code coverage report (html)

It would be great to somehow see the visibility of class methods (public, protected, private) in the generated code coverage report either with small icons or different colors for instance.

As you can see from the patch above it is possible (and easy) to implement this feature. However, I am not happy with the visualization and furthermore doubt the usefulness of the feature. If more people want this I will merge it.
