BTXClientKit 3.2.0

Help Center

  • Host apps can enable .helpCenter and open the native sheet with
    BTX.helpCenter.present(), or embed it with BTX.helpCenter.view().
  • Readers can browse published public articles by category and section, search
    articles, and see a short preview before opening one. Articles support
    formatted text, images, GIFs, and videos.
  • Article content shows a loading skeleton until the article is ready to read.
  • Host apps can open a specific article with
    BTX.helpCenter.presentArticle(id:).
  • Help Center resolves the project from the publishable key through the existing
    customer session. Host apps do not provide a project ID.
  • Help Center uses the Messenger theme by default. Set
    BTXHelpCenterOptions.theme to style it separately.
