According to the logs, crash may occur when starting Conference(multi-person) chat using this scenario:

1. Start IM with one person
2. In Conversations floater, click 'Add someone to this conversation' button
3. Select any online friend and confirm 'When you add a person to an existing conversation, a new conversation will be created.' notification
