Description

The mic appears to be hot, but is not.

Reproduction steps

1. Log in 2 viewers on a WebRTC region.
2. Initiate a voice call with the other user / answer the call.
3. Try to voice chat with each other.

Observed: The Speak button and the Mic button in the Conversation window are both green indicating my mic is live, but the other person cannot hear me.

Expected: You should be able to hear each other after the call is accepted.

Workaround: Toggle the Speak button off and on, and then the other person can hear you.

Initial testing of @roxanneskelly 's fix in Second Life Test 7.2.1.16894520768 (64bit) on MacOS and Win10 is looking good. P2P calls in webRTC have the 'Speak' button initially active for both the calling and receiving agents, and the agents can hear each others' voices immediately. The 'Speak' button is otherwise behaving normally - inactive by default in spatial voice chat and in group voice calls, and always properly toggleable on or off.
