Fix Doggo Scanner and it's tests

Doggo can't be used right now, the image referenced doesn't exist and the scanner its tests are reporting missmatching results

we're considering removing doggo with the next release, it seems like it was never really usable.
at least not without building the image yourself. so it seems like there can't be a lot of use cases for it.
