Simulating patient data with treatment signals and learning effects

This code implements a data generation process for generating complex patient data that incorporates treatment effects and multi-level provider learning effects. This work is designed to support simulation studies for methods development, especially for comparative safety evaluation and learning quantification in medical device post-market safety surveillance and other clinical domains.
