Problem with <base> and sidenav #298

@XavierAgostini After adding to page right sidenav stopped to working. Lets take this page as an example http://segment-docs-stage.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/docs/connections/spec/screen/
The base here is like this:
This causes anchor links in the left sidenav redirecting to link like this:
