not sure if it's OK to have PRs here but i think it is nice to have a link to see the real functionality in some place.

thanks @mericsson. Changelogs aren't visible right now, due to their poor adoption to date.
It's definitely something we want to improve on going forward though. Interested to hear if you have any thoughts from a dev point of view on how to make sure their used more often.
