Check in _data/catalog/destinations.yml and _data/catalog/sources.yml so that external devs and agencies can iterate without needing to access the platform-api.
Recommend
docker-servefor local development by agencies. This eliminates the need to run ruby locally --- just needs docker. Does not refresh the catalog.
