Proposed changes
Many customers review only Engage documentation when trying to find information regarding deliverability (retries) of events for their destinations connected to Engage Spaces, but that information is found elsewhere within Segment's public docs. Providing that information within Engage & linking it to that documentation can be helpful to customers looking for an answer.
I also standardized all headings to use ### as they were using multiple header types.
PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO ## if they will no longer appear in the sidebar on the right-side of the doc.
