Adds basic encoding: cridecoder can now build HCA, ACB/AWB and USM files as well as read them, from both Rust and Python. Existing extraction and decoding APIs are unchanged.

Added

  • Encode PCM or WAV audio to HCA, with a configurable bitrate (256 kbps by default) and an optional encryption key (HcaEncoder, encode_wav_to_hca; Python encode_hca, encode_hca_bytes). (#1)
  • Build ACB containers with embedded AWB archives from HCA tracks (AcbBuilder, AfsArchiveBuilder, UtfTableBuilder; Python build_acb, build_acb_bytes). (#1)
  • Build single-track music ACBs whose header, cue, category and bus values are passed in by the caller (Python build_music_acb_bytes). (#1)
  • Build USM containers from video data, with an optional encryption key (UsmBuilder; Python build_usm, build_usm_bytes). (#1)
