Change Chrome preferences to remove "omnibox" suggestions

Go to chrome://flags/ and do a search for "omnibox". Apparently, disabling some of those can remove "Trending" and other prefetched content that Chrome tries to show by default. If you're still unclear what that is, just open up a new Chrome window and click into the search bar... all the "Trending" content appears, even if you didn't want it. Certainly not desired for test automation. Let's remove any background calls that Chrome makes by default.
