Add `print_to_pdf()` to the standard SeleniumBase API

Add print_to_pdf() to the standard SeleniumBase API

It was already present in the CDP Mode API:

SeleniumBase/seleniumbase/core/sb_cdp.py

Line 2568 in aa32f85

def print_to_pdf(self, name, folder=None):

Now it should be added to regular mode too.
