The Dashboard should update its active favicon based on its state.
That way, you can tell if the tests are done running just by seeing if the favicon changed for the browser tab that's displaying the SeleniumBase Dashboard.
The Dashboard combined with the pytest-html report (with screenshots) should also have a unique favicon.
